We take hygiene and safety of the gym and members as best we can. We have sterile wipes easy accessible for all members to use to clean after usage of any equipment.
Equipment policies
We ask for each class that you bring your own mat. Everything else that we do in classes will be bodyweight exercises which will not include sharing of equipment.
